Safari permits, forest stays, accommodation, transport and other travel services remain subject to availability, current rules and written confirmation. An enquiry does not create a confirmed booking.

Wildlife sightings

Wildlife sightings cannot be guaranteed. Visitors must follow the directions of authorised guides, drivers and forest staff.

Quotes and inclusions

Only the inclusions shown in the final written quotation or itinerary should be treated as included. Prices may change before confirmation when availability, taxes or supplier rates change.

Cancellation and refunds

Applicable cancellation and refund conditions should be provided with the specific quote or booking confirmation because they can differ by service and supplier.
